Why is it important to create an outline before writing a paper? What web tool did you choose to start building your outline in? How would you evaluate the tool? Easy to use, difficult, fun, pretty looking, etc.
Outlines (in my opinion) are one of the most important parts of writing a quality paper. It allows the writer to get all ideas out in a small period of time and space, and acts like the skeleton to the paper. I used Bubbl.us to make my outline.
